THE CANON's New Flagship EOS-1D X MARK III WILL BREAK DOWN IN 8:40:48 HOURS, According to The Specs

The latest Canon EOS-1DX Mark III is a well endowed camera among other fantastic capabilities. Yet today's focus is on one of those capabilities. The camera is capable of doing 16 fps while the buffer  holds 1000 shots. That means the buffer can hold 62.5 seconds of shooting!
But like any Canon camera, or for that matter, any camera rates their shutter mechanism by the number of shots it can take, before ......fill in the blanks.....
And the EOS-1D X Mark III shutter mechanism has that set for 500,000 shots. So when you bring all together and compute, one could easily reach the barrier by filling the buffer for 500 times (500,000/1000 = 500). Since the buffer filling takes 62.5 seconds, this gives gets une 31,250 seconds: 62,5*500=31,250.  31,250 seconds are 520.83 minutes are 8 hours 40 minutes and 48 seconds. That is when you might have to sent the camera for service :)
